15 Fat Burning Foods- Lose Fat By Eating More (Part 1)

When it comes to losing weight, usually you wouldn't think of foods that will help with weight loss. You would probably think more of exercising and using supplements.

Well, there are actually foods that will help you burn fat. I'm going to give you a short list of 15 fat burning foods. The foods I'm going to discuss will not only help you lose weight, but also help with improving your health.

The 15 fat burning foods are:

1. Tuna- It's low in fat and has omega-3 fatty acids in it. The omega-3 in tuna has been found to help with fat burning.

2. Salmon- Just like tuna, salmon has omega-3 in it. Salmon, however, does have some fat. The fat is a good fat, though. It's also good for muscle building, so if you're trying to build your muscles, stock up on this item.

3. Yogurt- I have mixed feelings about this fat burning food. Yogurt has cultures of bacteria in it, which is good for you, that does alot for the body. It's also been said to help with fat loss. The only problem I have with yogurt is its sugar content. Some yogurts are loaded with sugar.

So, when choosing yogurt at your local supermarket, make sure you get a low-carb or sugar-free yogurt.

4. Almonds. They have healthy fats in them and also helps with losing weight. You should only eat a handful of these, though. Don't go "hog wild".

5. Green, leafy Salad (with olive oil and apple cider vinergar). Olive oil has fats in it that's good for your body. It'll also help with burning fat. Also, apple cider vinegar, from various studies done by experts, has been shown to help the body burn carbs and help with weightloss.

6. Lean Chicken Breast- this food is low in carbs, fat, and provides a great protein content.

7. Apples- they're complex carbs and will help your body burn fat for energy.

Bonus-- Green Tea. It's not really a food but it's great for burning fat and has antioxidants in it. Drink at least one cup per day.

This was part 1 of the 15 fat burning foods. Part 2 coming soon with another bonus.
